Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the personal bitchfest and whineatorium of Mr Flugel.

Jesus dude why don't you just copy and paste your posts from the other 15 threads you've been spilling tears in.

The same #1 it was when we played the Pats. Who lined up on their Rookie Pro-Bowl CB. McCourty.
I know we ran overtop of them all day with Avalanche, but remember the trick play with Cribbs & Stuckey? Where the fuck was that the rest of the season? Line up in the same formation, fake the handoff to Stuckey next time, and roll Watson out to the right and have Cribbs float him a passing TD for fucks sake. Or McCoy to Hillis. Or andoff to Hillis, and fake to Stuckey and watch Hilis march up the middle (behind Vickers, Brian - Jesus). Or something. Holy shit.

We didn't have our #1 QB nor our #1 WR even involved in that play. So I call BULLSHIT on this horseshit "lack of talent" argument.

Look man, I'm not Dick fucking LeBeau, but when I can call (guess) our plays before the snap with a 75-80% accuracy, just from our formations, something is seriously fucking lacking.

And it's not what's on the field.

HOLY GOD Flugel, you used to be such an awesome poster. Now since Mangini got let go you've done nothing but post walls of text about the shittiness of Phil Savage and previous personnel of this team. I get you're frustrated but damn man, we got the point with your 20 other posts about the exact same subject. Chill out, drink a beer, walk away and take a break or something, because your posts are beyond repetitive at this point. I always liked your posts, but man it's time to move on, you're better than this. It's time to embrace the fact we have a nice front office in place for the first time since 1994 and go from there.

PS. ~ RAC was an awful coach, any coach that lets his facilities get to the state they were in is reprehensible.

On topic: Good for daboll, he may do well if he learns to open his mind a little more, good luck to him.

It's not about opening his mind, opening up the playbook, calling the right plays ...it's about having confidence that the players you have can execute a play.

If everyone else can reiterate their points over and over and over again, I don't see why Flugel can't.

When Daboll suddenly looks like a good OC because he has the talent to pull off some plays, I'm sure it'll be because he's a "changed man", or "he grew into" being a coordinator. It'll never be that anyone here was wrong.

Either way, I wish him the best ...had he and our coaching staff had year 3 next year I am damned near certain we'd be .500 or better. Now I'm not certain we'll win 3 games.

Still hoping for 8 though. After all, we have Shurmur as HC/OC, and Dick Jauron coming in as DC ...it's a dream team.

Ok, ok ...I'll stop being negative, you people just make it too easy.

You never know.
Dabs might take off like Willie Green after a bag of maryjane.
He might have been hampered by the lack of talent here.
He might have been hampered by Mangini and the system he wanted ran.
Maybe he got a copy of Madden 2010 for Christmas and learned there's more than 4 plays in a playbook and it's not in crayon.
Or he just might be a f#cking idiot that thought using the fullback as a decoy for your one back that could run the ball worth a damn was a good idea instead of letting him actually BLOCK for said back on a 3rd and long draw.

Don't you mean Billy Davis as DC?

Default Heath Evans some harsh words for Brian Daboll

Former Patriot Heath Evans has an opinion.......

Quote:
Brian Daboll is the new offensive coordinator of the Miami Dolphins. Heath Evans is a fullback for the New Orleans Saints. The Dolphins and Saints don’t play each other next season, so Daboll and Evans won’t be crossing paths.
Maybe that’s why Evans feels free to unload on Daboll with both barrels.
In an interview with ESPN 760, Evans was asked what he thought of Daboll’s hiring, from the perspective of someone who played in New England for two years while Daboll was on the coaching staff.
“The Dolphins probably just got worse,” Evans answered. “You know I’m always going to shoot you straight. . . . When he was in New England, he was never a guy that I would have considered the brains of the operation.”
Evans acknowledged that it’s been a couple years since he and Daboll have been in the same locker room and that Daboll “probably learned a lot” since then, but he also said he thinks hiring Daboll was a mistake for the Dolphins.
“As soon as I saw it I second-guessed the decision,” Evans said. “A franchise that is really just struggling for success, why do you take an unproven commodity? I second guess it. I don’t know.”
Evans added, however, that he has nothing personally against Daboll.
“Good luck to him,” Evans said. “He was always nice to me — good dude.”
I shudder to think what Evans would say about a coach he regarded as a bad dude.
