To get the overall #1 pick NOW (for a projected TOP QB), you will need to do a crazy Ricky Williams/Mike Ditka type trade IMO.

I agree to a point Dan, but the needs of each team will come into play huge, like King pointed out.

This will be more designed to what Rozelle wanted originally for parity, which is good. Teams have been staying in the gutter for too long because of the ridiculous salaries at the top.
