JD is still partying like a rock star with the 20 million he made last year thanks to Carolina and the Browns.

The Fins need to stop trying to sign over the hill QBs and just tank the season to pick up a real QB in the draft next year. Of course, they could always give Henne a few more years until year 7 to see if he suddenly gets it!

Funny how all 3 Florida teams are having trouble selling out their stadiums this year...At least Jax and Mia have bad teams but what's up in TB?

Not you that I know of, just putting it out there for all the people who think we have a shot at getting Luck. We DON'T Unless you are willing to trade 2 first rounders this year and next years 1st rounder.

I don't know the point system for picks, but I don't think 3 first round picks equal 1 first round pick. 2 firsts and 2 seconds maybe.

It's not equal at all. However when it's a "Once in a Decade" type QB that is available at that #1. I heard Adam Schefter say this morning that he has not heard from ONE player personel type that doesn't think Luck is, and he says Peyton Manning had more doubters than Luck does.

So when you factor that in, unless the team drafint #1 over all has a GREAT QB, they are going to be asking WELL above market value for that pick. And if that team NEEDS a QB? you're going to have to pry the pick from thier cold dead fingers. because also remember again, there's a rookie cap now. Not only is Luck a "once in a Decade QB", but he no longer is a Salary Cap Killer if he doesn't work out.

So no, I don't see any scenario where we get Andrew Luck unless we grossly over pay for him.
