They released Dave Grohl? That's a shame.

Kolb hasn't played enough or poorly enough to have the Cardinals eat all that money. He's the starter this year and next at least.

According to the National Football Post, Orton was snapped up by the chiefs roughly 2 hours ago.

Yes, just saw it online. Supposedly other teams were interested, including the Bears but KC was ahead of them on the waiver wire. Not a bad move. Cassel out for the year and Tyler (last name escapes me) got torn up by the Pats. But at least he'll get to start against the stoolers while Orton gets acclimated. How lovely

Tyler Palko, he was pretty shitty.

Orton isn't much better, lol.

Poor Chiefs, their entire offense is on IR.

poor orton,

guy thinks he gets released and could end up in Houston or Chicago with a shot at the playoffs. and instead he gets stuck in KC.

KC still thinks they can get in the playoffs. As crazy as that sounds and when you stop laughing, look at the AFC West - everbody is shit this year so they all have a chance to get the playoff birth.

The west divisions, AFC/NFC are so sub-par it's not even funny. With 6 games left, KC can still catch Oakland, i think they're only 2 or 3 games back... Its conceivable.

IMO, Orton's one of the best QB's in the NFL when he's playing his best. This is a good move for KC, since they needed a QB pretty badly.

We had a pretty good draft, and I'd like to start seeing some results.
Fans already looking to next year and I don't blame them.
I think we will have things to be excited about that we lacked last year and we have some real facepalm moments just like last year.
It's going to be tough.
We aren't Barking Hard for nothing.

Kolb has been mediocre as fuck, there is no getting around it. They better get him another #1 WR and rebuild the entire O-Line. I'd also consider getting a HC who can put him in a better position to minimize the shittiness.
