I did this last year and it got a good response, so here it is again for 2016.
Got 22 in here so far, hoping to get to 30 by draft day. I expect CBS Sports (Prisco, Brinson, Kirwan), NFL.com (Casserly, Mayock), and SI (King, Banks) to add others, plus maybe one more for Yahoo since Shaun King is no longer there. I'm trying to stay with major independent sources as much as possible-- nothing from team websites, team beat writers, or blogging nobodies.

The way I do it is to go through all the drafts, compile who each team is taking, figure out who goes to what team most, and run it down from there. If a player is taken the most by multiple teams, he goes to whoever has the higher pick. So this can result in some oddities-- Jalen Ramsey is not the top guy in any spot so despite being a consensus Top 6 guy on every mock, he falls through the cracks.
Ties are broken by whoever is selected highest on any mock. So if a team has two players getting taken 4 times each but one is picked 5th at his highest while the other is picked 8th at his highest, the tie goes to the player who went with that high point of 5th. The Ogbah-Dodd-Correa tie at 29 was a crazy one because Ogbah and Dodd each went 10th on one, 16th on one, then finally broke the tie at at 17th where Ogbah was picked four times to Dodd's one.
1. Tennessee: Laremy Tunsil (19 of 22 have him going first; 2 have Bosa, 1 has Ramsey)
2. Cleveland: Jared Goff (11/22; 9 have Wentz)
3. San Diego: DeForest Buckner (9/22; Ramsey is on 8)
4. Dallas: Myles Jack (8/22; 7 say Bosa, 4 say Ramsey)
5. Jacksonville: Joey Bosa (7/22; 6 have Ramsey)
6. Baltimore: Ronnie Stanley (7/22; 3 have Ramsey)
7. San Francisco: Laquon Treadwell (4/22; 8 have Goff)
8. Miami: Vernon Hargreaves (10/22)
9. Tampa Bay: Noah Spence (8/22)
10. NY Giants: Ezekiel Elliott (4/22; 4 have Buckner, 3 have Lawson)
11. Chicago: Jaylon Smith (5/22)
12. New Orleans: A'Shawn Robinson (8/22; 4 have Rankins)
13. Philadelphia: Paxton Lynch (7/22; 4 have Wentz, 4 have Conklin)
14. Oakland: Mackenzie Alexander (7/22)
15. Los Angeles: Carson Wentz (3/22; 7 say Lynch, 6 say Treadwell)
16. Detroit: Sheldon Rankins (3/22; 3 say Reed)
17. Atlanta: Shaq Lawson (5/22; 4 say Ogbah)
18. Indianapolis: Jack Conklin (4/22; 4 say Elliot and Decker each)
19. Buffalo: Robert Nkemdiche (6/22)
20. NY Jets: Leonard Floyd (5/22; 6 have Elliott, 4 say Ragland)
21. Washington: Reggie Ragland (3/22; Alexander, Nkemdiche, and Robinson appear here 4 times each)
22. Houston: Vernon Butler (3/22; Elliott falls here 7 times)
23. Minnesota: Cody Whitehair (4/22; Lee, Coleman, and Thomas are here 3 each)
24. Cincinnati: Corey Coleman (6/22)
25. Pittsburgh: Eli Apple (8/22; 5 say Kendall Fuller)
26. Seattle: Taylor Decker (3/22)
27. Green Bay: Darron Lee (4/22; Reed, Clark, Dodd, and Henry all are here 3 times each)
28. Kansas City: Jarran Reed (3/22; 18 different players appear in this spot)
29. Arizona: Emmanuel Ogbah (3/22; Dodd and Correa each appear here 3 times)
30. Carolina: Kevin Dodd (4/22)
31. Denver: Hunter Henry (2/22; 18 different players appear in this spot)
Odd outliers: Jalen Ramsey
