Yonder Alonso gets a first pitch HR!
:eyebrows::eyebrows::eyebrows:

It's always a good way to impress the new team mates. A HR, a shutout inning, a shit ton of runs scored!

Welcome back boys!

I watched yesterdays game and Cookie settled down after a few innings and we hung on for the win. Kipnis should've made that play on the grounder that Lindor almost got. It went under his glove. Manning made some excuse that the ball had top spin. Whatever. The play should've been made.

Clevinger looks like he's turned the corner and is fast becoming a high end starter.

We traded Vinnie Pestano to the Angels for him in 2014. I think he might've had some extra incentive last night against them and shut their ass out!

:toughguy:

Francona is in love with this guy.

When he's good he's great.

When he's bad he's embarrassingly bad.

:eek:

And right on cue the Tribe has trouble scoring more than a couple of runs when Kluber pitches.

bangheadbangheadbanghead

Bauer is pitching like a bad ass!

Too bad we can't hit either. Why? Why can't we get a few runs once in awhile?

:pray::pray::pray:

In order for Kluber to win he needs to pitch a 8 inning shutout like he did. The ump was kind to him and didn't give the outside edge to detroit pitchers the same as he did for Kluber.

He took advantage and kept hammering the outside edge.

Pitching has been very good. Keeping us in games while struggling at the plate. Today's game against Detroit was a good one. I love it when Gomes or Perez hits a game winner. Just a matter of time before the bats really start swinging. Otero, Miller and Allen answered the bell tonight.....

Oh I know. Poor guy never gets run support. His 1 run losses don't tell the real story ;)

Bottom of the 4th against Detroit and what do ya know! 4 runs in all off of singles. Good enough to chase the pitcher out of the game.....

Welp? Carrasco pitched a complete game gem tonight! Scored 5. As the weather warms, the bats are heating up.

Yeah I turned the game on and they already had a 6 run lead! Zimmer playing hellacious defense while getting his stroke back. Naquin is taking advantage of his last go 'round. I like the kid, but for some reason the organization doesn't think he's good enough. I don't get it

:confused2:

I love the pitching lately. I know we like to see alot of runs, but I'm fine with great pitching and watching these guys playing defense. Although they did commit a couple errors in that game. We all talk about Franky, and rightfully so, but the rest of the infield is pretty fucking spectacular too. And Ramirez? The way he plays the game with everything he has, reminds me of "Charlie Hustle" ;)

Here we Triibe, here we go!!

Get home from work in the second just in time to see back to back doubles. They are tattooing the baseball! Clevenger looking his usual self. Pretty fucking sharp!
