O Line coach Callahan can turn a turd OLineman into a gem. I'd never count out any of the OLinemen because we know Callahan will elevate each guy to their max potential. Any one of those OLinemen can become a very good OLinemen.

• 2021 second rounder, JOK, playing at a probowl level
• 2022 third rounder, MJE, playing at a probowl level
• 2023 fourth rounder, Big Thanos, playing darn well. Has played more snaps this NFL year than anyone else in the league. Love that he's an inning-eater. Oh, and has the best pass blocking grade of any OT in his draft class. In fact, of ALL the lineman drafted, he has the 2nd best pass blocking grade. A guard in Tampa has a weird combo of the best pass blocking grade and the worse run blocking grade
