Browns District 46 breaking ground on Wednesday

If you're juiceless, you're useless
As has been said elsewhere, an owner's "job" is to spend money. It's the one thing he can do and control. Haslam, well, he spends.

Of course, the Browns were founded in 1946, as we all here know.

Yeah, they aren't going anywhere. Luckily, Jimmy & Dee can take a punch.
They don't have to have things go perfectly their way to keep the vision.
What do they say in Game of Thrones? The lion does not concern himself with the opinions of the sheep (or the keyboard warriors who stream the games illegally for free lol).

A new Stadium and a new training facility/stadium in Berea with their own hotels for the rookies & new guys. That should put the Browns near the top in the league when the team facilities are given their grades.

I sure hope so. Right now, our current stadium takes it on the chin in those annual players surveys. Small lockers, small lockeroom, etc.

Those are good high paying construction jobs Jimmy is creating for the local economy, for the next few years.

Honestly, I don't care much about those surveys. It's all opinions and very little facts. Guys who get cut have an axe to grind. Guys who get paid just the opposite.

So besides the offseason superbowl we are now also trying to win the survey championship?
Who. The fuck. Cares.
Play football. Win games.
Yeah, better facilities help you win games. But that should be the goal. Not winning survey competitions.

What would really help is an organization that is competitive year in and year out, is reasonably consistent with how it treats midling players as well as the superstars, as well as injured players and players in their last year of a contract so players know exactly how the club sees them and their fit.

That might be helpful.

I agree, I'm not going to care where the Browns play if the product is good. My preference for venue location obviously doesn't matter to the decision makers. I just love the Browns on the lake, but give me something to watch, and I will resume my once a year trips for a game.
