What that doesn't show is not one of those tight ends came open. Not one. That pissed me off. If you're going to roll those fucking idiot sets, and nobody gets open, you gotta change shit.
I thought for sure we were going to stack up on the receivers. Just constant 3/4 wide, leaving secondaries uneasy as we can throw deep or take the short. Same with a RB in the backfield - are we running? Is he blocking? Is he going to run out in the flat? As I fucking write this, Bills just beat Revis for an 84 yard touchdown by doing the EXACT same thing. Three wide, RB in the backfield, TE lined up just outside the shoulder. Guy like Goodwin, Revis uneasy about a comeback or deep, and he guessed wrong. So much dedicated to coverage (6) that the pass rush couldn't get there and Goodwin (One of three) runs onto the deep ball for an easy score.
Instead, we've got RG3 alone in the backfield and three tight ends, Obviously, you're going to keep those tight ends in front of you but play it short because it's a pass play. Right side gets blown up, never had a fucking chance. All those tight ends do is allow Joe Thomas to be met with speed, so much so that even the GOAT struggles to run dude off the fucking mark.
Just. fucking. devastating. That isn't a fucking NFL play. You bring that shit over here and we can read it like a fucking book, the fuck was Hue thinking an NFL team was going to do against it?
Pasztor really struggled. Man, I do NOT understand how both Coleman and Drango had really strong preseasons, but we're converting a UDFA G to RT? The Jags tried to use him at RT, he sucked and they released him.
Cut the shit. You drafted Coleman in the damn 3rd round, plug the kid in and see what he can do. Worst case, he struggles, we get the same level of play but we're also getting a very, very talented young man some experience.
