Browns Pick #144, Sheduer Sanders, QB, Colorado

The Zac Jackson stuff needs a better timeline. Something to tighten up exactly what they all thought in the 3rd round say.

It could be true except that AB wanted Sanders in the 2nd round, for example. So are we better off with Judkins and Schwesinger in the 2nd round or Sanders and only one of those guys? AND..if so is AB going with Schwesinger or Judkins? Both of those guys are damn good players. I'd say KS did the right thing getting Judkins & Schwesinger over Sanders or Dart who was gone at 25 in the 1st. We didn't have a chance to get Dart and Sanders is far from a top 15 QB right now and Dart has a lot to prove too.

I'm ok with Sanders in the 5th round at this point and even if this is true it has little bearing on a great draft and really indicates why KS was let go. Nothing about the talent we added in this past draft was off the mark except the possibility of Gabriel and he was a 3rd round pick! (Aka a backup) Most 3rd round picks are rotational/situational players and missing on a 3rd round pick is not cause for dismissal.

So, since the SJW Media has like Zac are now trying to craft a narrative on Stefanski, let's cut through the spin.

- Stefanski wanted to pick his own QB. It is understandable a HC would want their own QB choice. It is also understandable that when you have a GM so inept he has repeatedly failed at getting a quality QB, prioritizing race over talent, and oversaw the worst trade in NFL History of which you and your entire Coaching staff was buried for multiple years, that you wouldn't trust said GM on making the choice.

- Stefanski wanted Gabriel over Dart and Sanders. I call BS. Translating it: Stefanski didn't see Dart nor Sanders as worth a 1st round pick and was against it.

He was correct.

Stefanski wasn't allowed to pick a QB until the 3rd round. By that point he picked what he seen as the best of what was left. It is kind of hard to throw someone under the bus, logically speaking, because you told them to pick a QB in the 3rd round and said QB didn't pan out. Who was the last 3rd round QB to pan out, Prescott?

- Shabbaz Al-Berry continued throwing a hissy fit and stomping his feet until Haslam gave him Sanders in the 5th. Yeah, we all knew already that Berry was behind the pick. No surprise.

- Stefanski, after having his GM run a franchise QB put the door due to being White, after having a 26 time serial rapist forced on him at QB, and after having a two time rapist named James forced on him, both garbage players and people, he put his foot down. He was overruled. So, he has Sanders forced on him and he stands on business regarding his feelings.

Impressive.

End result? Jimmy Haslam repeatedly aides with the clown at GM who can't pick a QB to save his life, siding with him AFTER the worst trade in NFL History and REPEATED humiliation for the fanbase at the hands of said GM, over the Head Coach who we now come to find out was the only one with any kind of brains in Berea and who was the only one trying to build a winning football Program.

Typical Haslam. Typical Browns.

Zero, absolutely zero shock now on why everyone else has been lining up to interview Stefanski for their HC gigs and laughing at Truckstop Jimmy, led around Cleveland by his wife's personal bull Shabbaz Al-Berry.

What a complete and total shit show and absolute joke.

If KS "wasn't allowed" to draft a QB until the 3rd, it still shouldn't have been lil' dill.

Sanders, McCord, Howard, Leonard and Ewers were still all on the board. Whatever race and religion agenda you want to apply could be had.
Any of those would have made more sense than Dollar General.

Draft Xavier Watts, who was the BPA at the moment of the selection, and then take one of the 2nd tier QB's on Saturday.

We could be sitting here with

Graham
Schwesinger
Judkins
Fannin
Watts
Sampson
Sanders, Howard, Leonard or Ewers
The 2026 first rounder from the Jags

This isn't hindsight, it's what many of us would have done at the time of the selection

Ditto... I have always been a good judge of character and personality in people... I just get vibes from people...
We all have it. It's innate, I believe. Some of us just listen to it better than others but as an example we all know when we're
standing with a bunch of people who the a'hole is almost immediately. That's not Monken.
