Just a last minute update since both QB's started in the championship game. I'd easily take a shot on Beck in the 3rd round. He's been through the grind and performed reasonably well compared to Mendoza in the playoffs.

Allar doesn’t make it out of the second round. If he does well during a pro day or draft visit he goes round 1.

I was reading somewhere that Ty Simpson was a natural fit in Monkens system... This disturbs me a little bit

I don't see how Beck could have a bad relationship with Monken but Idk what Beck is like outside of SM. Same with Monken for that matter.

Why specifically? Bad arm? No pocket presence.

We have 2 young QB's on the roster (Sanders & Lil Gabe). There is no reason to draft a QB unless 1) He is a can't miss... and there is only 1 of those in this draft 2) you plan on off-loading one of the 2 mentioned and you just need filler.

1a) Sanders 1b) Watson 3) Lil Gabe 4 Zappe

We are set at QB for now unless movement happens.

If we are going to take a guy later in the draft. I would zero in a guy like Sawyer Robertson. Big, strong, can make all the throws... needs mechanical work, but really good clay. I would off-load Lil Gabe as fast as I can.

I think he's awful. He's not bright.. makes dumb ass plays... goes rogue and changes plays into the dumbest calls with no authorization... and he's not a leader of men. Stay away from him at all costs.
