For me, you don't fire a guy who's built this defense, found the kicker and punter (just need a new STC), and is now down to the OL and WR1, assuming we roll with Sanders and maybe draft a QB as well.

Especially after that draft class (sans fucking up and taking Gabriel instead of Watts, which still chaps my ass, but moving on).\

Still one of the youngest GM's in the league, second maybe only to the infant in Jacksonville, who stumbled into a cringy HC that can coach damn well.

Berry has to hit on a QB - be him Sanders or whomever. He has I think two years. Next season is culture and team building for the new HC. I'm assuming Stefanski is done here. Then, in 2027, we're rid of Watson and ready to be relevant. Got to have QB figured out going into 2027. I don't see any chance of us not spending a 4th or better on a QB this draft. I'm for rolling with Sanders to start the season and taking a day 2 QB. There are some talented guys out there.

It would be the most Browns move on Earth to keep that fucking hack employed, which is why Haslam will probably do so.

But hey, let's look at just how big of a fuck up you can be and still keep your job in Cleveland:

- Purge an entire Front Office of talented scouts and personnel people to hire unqualified DEI picks and bull dykes.

- Hire an unqualified Head Coach who wasn't on anyone else's list for HC.

- Waste first round draft picks on morbidly obese, unathletic Tackles.

- Have a countless string of mediocre AF drafts.

- Blow 1/4 billion dollars and five years of draft capital on a 4-12 backup QB after he was ran out of Houston due to sexually assaulting over two dozen women.

- Sign as his back up a ghetto clown who also raped two dozen women.

- Draft a WR last year that raped a Woman, adding to his sick fetish for rapist thugs.

- Tell Hall of Famers to go fuck themselves because they're White, while bringing in inferior players just because they're the same color as him

- Along the same vein, prioritizing race over talent repeatedly at the most important position on the team.

- In five years has done nothing to improve the playoff Team that John Dorsey built, causing an annual regression of talent and wins.

- Has repeatedly failed to address ALL of the key positions on the team.

But hey, Cleveland's gonna Cleveland.
 
And again I reiterate: Jim Schwartz pushed for both Graham and Schwesinger. Multiple interviews after the Draft indicated that Stefanski gave Schwartz leeway on the players that he wanted, and bacled him when he demanded them.

Also needs to be reiterated that Shabbaz Al-Berry during his entire stint here has had a "Whites need not apply" sign hanging on Bereas front door. He didn't suddenly decide for one night only to stop being a racist asshole.

At the very least it needs to be said that probowl designation hasn't been relevant since the players stopped playing the game seriously. The popularity contest is still nice and all but . . . yeah, the belly laugh is appropriate. I wonder how many players still have probowl selections mentioned in their contracts. 🤔

Also, it pisses off the anti-Sanders crowd, which I do enjoy, since they call every person who wants him to do well a cultist etc.

Round 2- A no brainer pick, and easiest position to find a superstar in
Round 3- Fannin was a solid pick
Round 3- Garbage pick caused by Berry
Round 4- A back up at the easiest position to fill on offense
Round 4- A mediocre 2nd string QB, only drafted by Berry due to his race, who was DEI grafted into the Pro Bowl.
UDFA- Isiah Bond, a piece of shit who raped a young woman.

Which still remains on top of:
- 5 garbage drafts
- Pushing Haslam to blow 1/4 of a billion dollars and four years of draft picks on a career backup QB that sexually assaulted over two dozen women
- Signing as his back up a career back up QB that raped two women
- Ignoring multiple phone calls from Hall of Fame DE JJ Watt about coming to Cleveland
- Purging a competent Scouting department of all of the White scouts, replacing them with unqualified DEI hires resulting in garbage draft after garbage draft
- Repeatedly treated Joe Flacco, as well as every other non Black QB that Stefanski brought in like dog shit
- Threw 2x Coach of the year Kevin Stefanski under the bus for his incompetence, causing Haslam to fire KS.
- Ran off Mike Vrabel
- Ran off 5 HC candidates who declined to continue pursuing the Browns HC gig.

It is seriously, seriously baffling at this point why or how anyone could try hyping Andrew Berry as anything but the second worst GM in Browns history behind his mentor, Sashi Clown.
 
He had an outstanding draft in 2025 and added an extra 2026 pick in the first rd.

Let's see if he can come close to that again or not.

If he shits the bed he's gone. If he does well, he might've figured out the draft. If he's so-so then Jimmy & Monken have a decision to make.
