A little patience is needed.
Your logic seems to be dictated by jersey sales numbers and fantasy league rosters.
There's still 15 more games to play and Watson still has another achilles that hasn't snapped . . . yet.
Shedeur will get into the games eventually.
At the moment, if the Browns are going to trade a QB, Lefty would be the guy.
About the same way and for the same reasons they moved Pickett last season.

If we draft a QB in the top 5 picks next season, we're going to need a placeholder. I'm not sure Sanders can be an NFL starting QB, but I'm pretty sure he'd be a decent back-up. He's a cheap 5th round pick - no way we trade him for nothing and have to pay a veteran placeholder for our new rookie QB.

No way we're trading him.

1. He's a 5th rounder. So what's our best return, a 4th? We already have three 4ths for 2027
2. The pile of QB injuries has only spotlit the need for a decent QB2.
3. Odds still heavily favor Watson either returning to suckage, or, getting injured.

No harm in the convo of course.
 
Sanders does have great value - for us. He's handling being the backup QB about as good as one can. He's cheap. While there are still many unanswered questions about whether or not he can be a starter in the league, I think he proved last year that he can play and not suck. Even if Watson returns to greatness and we extend him in some new crazy contract, we can still use a cheap 5th round contract for QB2. That said, I'll be shocked if Sanders doesn't get his shot this season.
 
There is market for him, but not as a QB1.
The QB2 options around the league blow.
The problem is nobody is giving us anything of value for a QB2.
Thus, in that way, true, there is no market for him.

If we want to talk trades ..........

96% of the time that would be enough for a rook QB to be slamdunk starter

odds rizzo is correct & sanders is traded before rd 9? 75%
