The Browns have not had a high grade receiver in sooo... long.
After a while you have to stop kicking the can down the road.
Even if the Cowboys would assure the Browns that they're not taking Tate,
one of the teams @ 7,8,9,10,or 11 certainly would. And he would be gone by 12.
At the 5 spot Harbaugh and his guys might also grab Tate.
Then Berry would have to move on to plan B anyway.
FWIW, most sources are reporting the Browns have had visits with 8 guys with WR beside their names.
That's out of the estimated 13-14 visits so far.
A WR is very likely. Getting a read on Berry's round one priority list is the hard part.
He might decide to go WR on day 2. Especially if Tate is gone.
