Gotta say, I've never understood racism as a concept.
My grandparents were born in the early 1900's, they didn't have a hint of it.
My parents born in the 1940's. They didn't either.
I went to a very mixed public school system, it wasn't there either.
We just sized up people as individuals. Inherently. Innately.

I believe the opposite is true.

People tend to like to live with people of their own kind. That doesn't mean everyone hates everyone from other races and cultures - you have to 'unlearn' racism.

The woke morons say "everyone is racist" and I agree. Only. I think that most of us have 'unlearned' it and are not racist anymore.
They think white people can never shake it.

I'd call myself a selective racist. I wouldn't want to live near certain people in a thousand years. Not really because of skin color, I couldn't give a damn, but because of culture differences. It's just a PITA that culture and skin often correlate. Not always.
That's why there are some French people I have no issues with.
 
There is definitely something to what you're saying because it's human nature to huddle together with your people. Whether it's skin color, culture or something else. Like money!

I think globalists believe they are better because they can buy worldwide influence. They could care less about black or white skinned, Jews, Christians, Muslims or Hindu's. Not all globalists obviously. Speaking in generalities for sure.
 
I'm beginning to think I'm fine with rolling with Sanders next year and building the line and receiving corps this draft. I'm still far from decided on whether or not he can be the guy, but I like this kid's attitude. He didn’t real help or hurt his case today in my book.
 
I think Sanders got better hitting the wide open checkdown for 5 yards on first down while avoiding forced throws causing 2nd & 10.
He avoided the rush, stepped up into the pocket, eyes forward and ran a few times for positive gains.

He threw an off target seed to Judkins that bounced off his shoulder for a pick and the next pick he tried to soft toss and the DLineman batted it up for the other pick. These are growing pains.

Stop patting the ball. It's an alert for linemen to get their hands up cause the ball is coming out. Maybe pump fake a bit?

On the very next series, and a near identical route, Josh Allen threw one completely behind his RB, but the RB spun and caught it for a completion.

I put more blame on Sanders for INT2 (D-lineman batted pass) than I do for INT1 (Judkins). But, that's all nitpicking at this point.
 
Yes. Judkins should be able to make a tough catch, no doubt.

But for me it's more so on Sanders because he's been sold as extremely accurate and that throw was not.

It perfectly illustrates the difference between accuracy and completion percentage. Two very different indicators and accuracy is way too often portrayed as completion percentage. Just my beef.
 
If Sanders throws that ball 5 inches in front of Judkins he has a better chance of making the catch.
Yeah, Judkins might have turned late, but that's part of the growing pains. It can easily be that Sanders was early on the throw.

Bottom line is the timing might have been off as well as the accuracy and/or the throwing lane only allowed for the ball to get through where Sanders put it.

Can we get any plays more basic than this type of play? I mean, he gets knocked for sacks but who the hell was even close to open?
Although, he seems to think he should have hit Ced right away. Fair enough.
Watching Purdy last night, his anticipatory throws makes everyone look open all the time.

 
I rarely see wide open WR's for the Browns. They have to be schemed open.

Part of the problem is the OLine is all backups and not just a critique of the WR's. Please get Zinter out there more often and determine if he has skills or is he another injury prone OLineman who is pretty good when healthy. We need to know going into the draft.
