Heard on Ken Carmen that Stefanski did a fist "yes he's slow" pump when Fannin ran only a 4.7 40 time at the combine, meaning they felt he might fall to them.
Why? He has hands. Elite catching.
What a concept. Maybe apply that to WR's. TeSlaa is that guy this year. Tet as well. D-Hop has shown losing a step doesn't matter when you have the mitts and will to grip and rip the contested catch.
So, maybe, come spring, here's idea. Just get the WR that catches the best.

Fannin is a beast, zero doubt about it. Now, imagine what he could do with a franchise QB throwing to him!

Many of history's most productive QB's have a super trustworthy TE.
Brady and Gronk. Mahomes and Kelce. etc etc.
Boy oh boy does it look like Sanders and Fannin have the start of some special trust and chemistry.
And not just doing it against LB's. He's beating DB's. He's a unicorn. He should not be separating like this with his metrics.

If Sanders pans out with Fannin and Judkins going beast mode, and Schwartz elite Defense, the only thing standing between The Browns and deep playoff runs is rebuilding the OL, getting better WR's and getting a new HC.
