Pat Shurmur got another HC gig. MS(sports)M collectively saying KS will get another shot is damn near a guarantee at some point.

Been waiting for this day for a while but admittedly still couldn't help but feel sorta bad for him. As a man he always seemed a good one.
He was what he was.... I just always saw him more as a strategy kind of guy vs a leader/mentor/coach. He was all right overall. I just couldn't really ever see him being like a Championship type coach here.

I feel bad for KS. He seemed like a straight up good guy who knew the X's & O's. He just needed a little more to make it work.

Well Pete Prisco at CBS Sports confirmed what I have been saying the last several years:
Stefanski didn't like DeRepist Watson, Stefanski wanted nothing to do with DeRapist Watson. It was ALL on Shabbaz Al-Berry, who was pushing to purge the "White boy" Mayfield from the team. Males perfect sense now too why Stefanski had THAT look on his face when Shabbaz drafted Sanders.
So basically we just ran the HC down the road for failing to make the garbage handpicked by Berry into winners, and Jimmy the Truck stop Cuck not only kept Dee's bull employed here but handed him the keys to the kingdom.
Yeah, Cleveland is fucked for the foreseeable future.

Staltwart Defensive Coordinator with previous head coaching exp. While he was somewhat a disater in Detroit... I'd like to think he has learned and I think he can hire a good OC and ST's coach...
Kliff Kngsbury:
Was the Arizonal Cardinals HC and struggled to get Kylar"smurf" Murray to play meaningful football. Also has a problem with self ego.. However... He was a pretty decent QB in HS and College and would hope he to has grown from his last head coaching stint.
Jon Gruden:
If he can somehow get his legal affairs with the NFL in order, settled and then be reinstated... This would be my first choice. He's from the Area.. He loves Cleveland.. Loves Football and has won it all in Tampa.
John Harbaugh:
Rumors are swirling in Baltimore he might get canned. Another coach from Ohio I would nab instantly... He's always shown a solid steady hand in coaching. Also has won it all..

Stefanski, as much as I never wanted the guy and didn't like the guy was a scapegoat for Berry's Mt. Everest sized pile of failures.
