Agree QCT. Bring out Hitner, Haden, and Mingo. Mingo would look like a specimen in a canvas sack. For offense, maybe Hartline and (fuck it) McCown. In other words, sell this thing. Just don't prop up some boards on easels from Staples.

Well....maybe....but..... I posted that art work 4 days ago, before any store leaks of actually jerseys on racks were posted. The supposed style card thing with the uniform sketches was out though
 
No matter where those pics came from, they are the ones that would make since if the sporting goods stores is the fan's version.

The list of nine players who will model the jerseys are: Joe Thomas, Donte Whitner, Karlos Dansby, Barkevious Mingo, Dwayne Bowe, Brian Hartline, Armonty Bryant, Chris Kirksey and Taylor Gabriel.

Whitner, who received a special sneak peek last month, tweeted this reaction.

Nine different alumni will also stroll down the orange carpet Tuesday, including Hall of Famer Jim Brown, Greg Pruitt, Hanford Dixon, Jamel White, Dan Fike, Bob Golic, John Thierry, Felix Wright and Kevin Mack.

There will be opportunities for fans to take pictures with players and alumni and also purchase the new uniforms on site.

The leaks from the stores were posted more than 4 days ago. The creator of that pic said he made it based on the store leaks. There is no maybe.

Pissed we have to wait until 7:30 tomorrow night. And why the hell did they pick Tuesday and not Monday?

Damn Cleveland...don't screw this up.

Ha...easy...they picked Tuesday so that long list of current and ex-players could travel on Monday and it not interfere with their weekend.

As for the store leaks...the OFFICIAL releases have said the Uni's would not be delivered to stores until after the unveiling...to avoid just this kind of leak. Keep in mind, the Browns and every other team have 'unis' for sale in a ton of variations that have little to nothing to do with their actual uniforms.
 
No Prob QCT....your post did sound sure..I was just citing the timeline w/respect to what I saw and this thread...

Just did a google search on things like "Johnny Manziel camo jersey" and there are plenty for sale that have the Browns log, the NFL logo and a Nike logo. Below is a screen shot of one, in which I included a little look at some of the others that are there.

And all of these are being sold on the website of what appear to be legitimate sporting goods stores. Certainly not impossible to think they got some fakes in and cashed in quick. Mustn't be illegal given these are for sale and obviously not the real deal.
 
Any chance Mingo comes out, ripped as shit, at 280 pounds, carrying a car, in the coolest uniform we've ever seen. So cool that all of us immediately purchase all nine different combinations?

Are the odds realistic? Better than Gabriel coming out at 6'3, I guess.
 
Now people are saying there IS a Brown jersey, but is has Orange numbers, white shadow boxing, orange stitching, orange "armpits" and down the sides and orange on the shoulders.

Hmm this 3rd jersey is shrouded in mystery.. Is it orage and brown or grey and orange with brow in it?... hmm
 
They wouldn't change the design, PGL, which further leads me to believe those "leaked" jerseys look a lot like the 1999-2001 orange ones more than any kind of redesign. They have the same offset shadow and everything.

Again, if I'm trying to protect an unveiling, do I ship replicas to malls before said unveiling? Do I not anticipate that becoming an issue? Only if I'm a complete moron and didn't even pause a second to think about it.

I personally think that mall iron-on numbers jersey (applique? how's it spelled?) is NOT the new look.
