I like that Sanders has caused no drama since Watson was named the starter. Doing his job and keeping his mouth shut. That's what you do. Good for him. I hope he gets a shot and plays well. We need some kind of spark. At least Sanders throws the ball down the field.

prediction - sanders won't see the field

all these theories could be true-
-we're all being tortured together. fans,coaches,the team & DW
-we are #tanking4manning
-sanders is very good & has been assured an opportunity QB1 with arch QB2 '27
in return for his cooperation he does not ask to be traded (which any other QB would)
right?

Edit: Also, much easier to pivot to Sanders versus starting Sanders and pivoting to Watson.

I don't know how much fact(s) in that story, or how much was spoken. Watson had shown too much not to extend at that point.
things seemed normal till they were not. something happened that made Watson want to leave Houston. and when he let that be known people in Houston wanted his Head. and Tony Buzbee stepped up with his axe to deliver. his life has never been the same. this will be a movie. I just Feel sorry for the kid. hope he holds on to his $$.
