In my own case, the formative years of my career were made possible by the universities, hospitals, laboratories, in and industries in an around the Pittsburgh area. I also earned money and had the time of my life playing music for Ukrainians, Italians, Croatians, Poles, Hungarians and other folks who just happened to share my Slavic background, common background of steel working and coal mining, and really, for all intents and purposes, are mirror images of Browns fans.
That's right, sparky, when a Browns fan looks in the mirror, it is a Steeler fan looking back at him. You are no different than a Steeler fan. You simply like a different football team. If that is enough to cause you to go to war, and frantically litter your posts with grammatical errors, leaving you looking like an idiot, well then, have at it, Sparky.
Whatever you want to say about Ben, he will make the HOF on the first ballot. Had the Browns drafted him instead of giving a second round pick and trading up to get Kellen Winslow, Ben would be going into the HOF as a Browns player, with Superbowl rings.
Your using the word "old man" to inflame your hate for him, is a clear sign that you hate yourself, for God willing, one day, in the blink of an eye, you too will be old. That part of your hate for a man is based on his career now being mostly behind him, is not just a sign of immaturity, but also a character flaw.
I have no "love" for the Steelers, and would bet that I know more about the Cleveland Browns than you do. However, I have respect for men. I have respect for hard work, accomplishment and even well fought failures.
Let me ask you something, Mister badass Browns to the death fan. If you found out that the surgeon who saved the life of a loved one was a die hard Steeler fan, would you make him reverse the surgery? Sorry dude, but you, and "waring" fans like you are fucking nincompoops. By damning Steelers, other than in good spirit on game day, you are unwittingly casting dirt on your own heritage.
So let me leave you with this, If the Steelers indeed suck and the Browns beat them, what you are saying is that YOUR BROWNS also suck, because beating the Steelers is no big deal.
Conversely, if the Steelers suck and God forbid they win on Monday, that really makes YOUR BROWNS look like garbage, doesn't it?
The Steelers are a great franchise, they own the Browns head-to-head, and they are a tough competitor. I hope the Browns beat them, but for the reasons I mentioned, I do not believe they will.
