Wasn't gonna be an easy game.... Jets were 1-3 and desperate. Plus there were some rumblings Glenn was gonna be fired if the Jets lost this week.

Still a more or better team is able to put the Jets away after that Geno fumble with 4 minutes left. Even with the awful weather conditions.

We can't run the ball. We're not going to win many games, much less the division, if we can't run the ball with at least some consistency. Our schedule is so easy we're going to win 7 or 8 games and knock ourselves out of the QB hunt. Watson wasn't terrible. Such a low bar for him now. Defense was good. Everyone on the offense looked as if they'd never played in the rain. Bad loss. Not the end of the world.

judkins ran 6 times in the 2nd half & looked pissed.some are blaming him?
I thought he ran well. our entire run scheme hasn't looked smooth yet at all
loose & easily penetrated
I'm not blaming Judkins at all. Offensive line got their asses handed to them today. Period. End of story. Nor do I blame Monken for passing so much. He could clearly see we were beaten up front.

Saw a stat during the game that listed everything our opponents do better than us.

Rush yards
Pass yards
Scoring
Fewer penalties
More takeaways and I believe a few more

We got a dose of reality today bad weather or not. We're not there yet and probably not even close.

Bond is why we're not trading JJ. And that's scary.

The home crowd will be there next Sunday. Sure hope our team shows up as well.

Our OL is grading quite a bit better than I thought they would.

I will say, when I picture Watson dropping back to pass, I envision him going back, getting nervous feet, and advancing to the scramble part of the play asap.
Seems like he is soooo far away from the vet who drops, plants, and throws.
Year 5 of knocking the rust off. Yay.

No, it's not all on him for sure, but in the end, he's had a few drives at the right time to get us to a 3-2 record.
Have no idea if Sanders would be any better.

OL was beyond terrible in this game... then Flag flag flag.. what happens almost every time we play the Jets.. we hand them the game with penalties and sloppy play. Leading the league in penalties... good grief.. it's embarrassing...and WHY>>>>> WHY WHY WHY wouldn't we manufacture looks for Fannin in a game like this.. It's exasperating..

Looks like the biggest blocking offenders were Jones, Whiteheart, and some scheme probs with Warhop/Monken.
There were a few free runners.
Watson never planting and throwing doesn't help either. Again, he's in a big damn hurry to evacuate the pocket.
