I was ready to shut the game off at the half to be honest. We had no energy and looked like we were in some sort of malaise on the field. Then b'more fucked up and started to get cheap physical hits. It woke up the team just enough, I think.
The D got it together and the offense struggled but showed some good plays just barely enough to keep them alive and kicking. In the end we were one play better than b'more.

As long as we don't turn the ball over, we're going to be in every game late, when Watson shines. It's literally our only path at this point: awesome D and a lot of punts and all of a sudden dudes get open late.

McLaughlin came through in the clutch. Our top 3 RB's were all out. Estime did get the TD but it was McLaughlin who really showed up.
We can see how defenses will turn this offense into a pass only offense to get their win. If we can't run the ball we are in for hard times.
We can blame the OLine or the RB's or the coaches, but it doesn't matter. We have to be able to run the ball reasonably well.
