NFL Draft WR Draft Watch 2026

Tate, Lemon, Tyson and Boston are my clear WR one's.
yes,no doubt.I dont like lemon as a #1.hes shorter than I am and is a strange fellow.my 2 cents.he may fall.
lemon IMO like concepcion NFL slot players not #1's.
in my mocks those 3 remaining "A" guys are sadly gone by 24.
brazzell leader of that strong B group will be there @80% of the time
even hes not always there.

Lemon is the closest thing in the draft to Puka Nacua & Jaxon Smith-Njigba. That is WR#1 IMO.

I mildly struggle with Lemon for a few reasons.

1) He’s a bit weird
2) I only watched USC when they played ND. Forgot he even played for them and didn’t notice him. Well, other than a critical fumble. I get it, it’s just one game last fall.
3) There’s also something out there about a 1st round WR that’s as small as him (meaning small hands, short arms, light weight and being somewhat short) has never made a 2nd contract. I’ll admit I haven’t totally vetted this claim.

But as always, if the Browns select him, I’ll get on board.

2¢ … I’d rather go with Tate

He’s a bit weird
he's fu@ken weird! :ROFLMAO: him and styles will fall - late 1st rd/early 2nd.
then you see guys like crazy AJ brown who do break that mould.(do not confuse with sane AJ)
cooper jnr? hes my height.personally I want a moss type banger out there at #1
tall & fast.why not have both?.get a slot guy later.I also like "father NFL player" very much
those kids from pro football houses seem to geddit quicker IMO what the NFL is.
razzle dazzle brazzell?

AB has LT as a position of great value. Much more than WR. I'm hoping he's more open to taking a WR at 6, but I think it's 60/40
in favor of the best LT at 6.

If we trade down a few spots it can change and then it depends on who has been picked ahead of us.

HEY,If tates gone all bets are off,go fano at #6.
Its not a fantastic OT draft.wills was (by the books) a slam dunk with 34+ arm length.
Its so hit/miss Id double up in the 2nd rd dunker/lomu.the best starts at LT the other plays OG/backup

I think what you're saying is if Tate is gone...we should trade down.

If Tate is gone and we trade down, at what point are we ok with picking Caleb Downs and using say two 2nd round picks on Tackles?

And using our 24th pick on the BPA/WR?

I mean sure,a dallas or kc trade back and we get a solid LT.fano can play both sides so
I like that paired with dunker in the 2nd rd who also plays both sides and OG.we need that mullet in cleveland!
or we go with the traditional behemoth LT types proctor or freeling at 8 or 12.
acquire '27 picks, not this draft-thats very attractive for GM's fighting for 1 more year (berry?):ROFLMAO:
and a #1 WR at #24.TE-3rd.
Im a D guy so downs would be a coup for me.that never happens btw

The top 10 talent of this draft is WR with 3 (arguably).

There's also a safety, LB, edge and a QB.

Then there's us at 6 and we do not need a RB or an edge and QB is going #1.

It almost has to be a WR at 6 but if we can't trade down, Caleb Downs or the LB Reese is the surest bet. It puts pressure on AB to pick a WR which is not his comfort zone.

I think the question we need to ask ourselves is which option do we prefer.

Option 1: WR1 @ 6, and OT3-OT4 @ 24

or

Option 2: LT1 @ 6, and WR3-WR4 @ 24

(Note, with option 1, we may have to draft an RT and flip him to LT.)

ahh no,the 2 x RT will be well gone by then fano & mauinoa(& fano plays LT so its only RT mauinoa)
leaving LT x3 freeling, proctor, lomu now there is very little separating these 5 players
any one of these guys would be great & one will invariably be there at #24.
I like option 1.trade back for '27 picks.
-freeling/boston/dunker/TE
are we ok with picking Caleb Downs
I just think the new OFF HC desperately needs a run game to keep his job over 12 months here.
he wont be interested in any D player at #6.

I prefer option 1 because evaluating OL is one of the most in-exact sciences in all of evaluation.

PFF Highest Graded OL's in 2025:

#1Denver
- LT, Bolles: Rd 1, Pick 20
- LG, Powers: Rd 4, Pick 20
- C, Wattenberg: Rd 5, 171st pick overall
- RG, Meinerz: Rd 3, 98th overall
- RT, McGlinchey Rd 1, Pick 9

2 1st round OT's.... a 3rd, 4th and 5th rounder in the middle.

I love what we've done on the line so far in FA and think we can get a good OT at 24. We need weapons... period. We need to score to win football games. We don't have a stud WR1 on the roster. Give me my weapon.

That having been said, I wouldn't be super upset if we went in the other direction (OT at 6, WR at 24). My gut tells me that is what we will do because it has never seemed like Berry has valued WR in the draft high enough to target a weapon that high.

I'd really prefer a trade down.

Problem is AB emphasizes Tackles high in the round and he's not wrong for doing so.

The best Tackles do not go on the market. The best WR's are far easier to sign.

I hate trading down.. That means were drafting for need and not drafting the best talent available regardless of position..
