BARKING HARD Member Introductions and Map... Please drop in and say hello!

I can't recommend the NFL package enough. I can't fathom living without it at this point. In L.A., games are at 10 a.m. and that's a little early for a bar (and there are none way up here in the northern 'burbs where I live). My daughter and son both come over to watch with me and my other son, often with boyfriends/girlfriends, which is really cool. Makes for a really nice Sunday. Hot tub after the second game passes for a shower.

New to the site!

Hello all,

I am new to the site, but I am a die hard Browns fan since 1999. I grew up in Akron, but was a 49ers fan since I was introduced to football in 1987. To be honest, because of my upbringing I knew of the 9ers before the Browns. My dad didn't watch football, and my parents divorced in 87', so I fell in love with the artistic display of offense that the 9ers displayed. I always had an interest in the Browns because they are the local team, but I was never blinded by being a fan until 1999. Truth is, when the Browns left, I stopped watching football, mostly because all my buddies did and we would do other stuff on a Sunday afternoon. Anyway, when the Browns came back in 99', with all of the 9ers FO staff, I was excited and instantly became a die hard Browns fan. Karma is a bitch! LOL I now wear the blinders that a fan has about his team, and am truly a suffering Browns (Cleveland) fan. I never miss a Browns game, and haven't watched a 9ers game in almost 20 years. I am also trying to put together a group of people to buy a section of season tickets.

At any rate, hello to all.

Been some time since ive been on here but I will play along..

roof19 (aka Robb) Have been a Browns fans since 1972..gonna be FORTY this New Years Eve..not saying thats old but it does SUCK getting older..

Have seen it all as a Browns fan (as many of you have as well) Have been a season ticket holder since 2005 and this year I moved and now in the Lower Bowl (cant wait!) My most memorable Cleveland Browns game is the Blizzard Game in 2006..yes the Browns won vs the Bills but that was also my daughters 10 Bday. All three of my kids are Browns fans because they CHOSE to be (though I wonder sometimes why..lol) Even though we have not won many games..still holding out hope for that ONE magical season when we are NFL Champions again..Go Browns!

I did not choose to be a Browns fan, there was no other option, and i wouldn't have it any other way, hence the name. I, like many of you, have many stories, many memories of my youth, the Browns, and my father on Sundays. The good(Kosar to slaughter overtime stunner), the bad(the fumble), and the ugly(Art Modell and his band of thieves, or my personal favorite dear old dad throwing a boot through the tv, Jan 4th, 1981. i was 4).

So many Sundays, EVERY Sunday we were there, together, and to this day i cherish each and every memory, and wish to instill the same love and passion in my children so that they may some day say, Thank you Father.

New Member Here

Hey All,
New Board member here from Tuscarawas County, south of Canton. Also a new season ticket holder for the Browns, but a lifelong fan of 55 years. Through the good times, and bad times, it's always been a fun time, and I'm looking forward to a season
with a hint of optimism, but also a little apprehension with the possibility of new ownership, and new direction. Looking forward to a lot if different opinions here, and even a few of my own.

Name is Tony and I live in Dayton. I am sure that I have loved the Browns for all of my 31 years to some point, and sometimes I can't stand how much I love the Browns, basically during the entire debacle of a season last year. I transformed my basement into a Browns fan cave and hung nearly 10 jerseys on the wall, facing forwards of the likes of Winslow, Edwards, Quinn, Green, Couch. Let's hope we are all done with that era of drafting. I made a promise to never purchase another jersey after all of that crap. My father lived in Cleveland most of his early life which he has lead him to pass all of that love down to me. My favorite memory as a child was when I was about 14 I came inside one late night and my dad was watching a video tape and drinking some beers (he doesn't drink). He said "Come on in here son, sit down. One of these days Earnest is going to hold on to that football and we are going to the Superbowl" First time I saw my dad cry was when the Browns got rid of Bernie Kosar. I love wasting my entire Sunday on the Browns. We leave here around 7am, get up to Cleveland around 10:45 just in time to drink a couple cold ones before the game. After traffic we normally make it back by 10pm. I am not a fan of Pat Shurmur or Sheldon Brown. I really can't wait to see Weeden, Gordon, Richardson, Little, Benjamin, Cameron.... This is going to be a fun season.

When I am not working I enjoy hunting and golfing. Big fan of The Really Big Show and Howard Stern. Thanks for letting me be apart of your community.
