Browns Pick #5, Mason Graham, DL, Michigan

He looks like he's lost some flab around the gut.
the kids a fast DE IMO, he sadly struggles against the monster size G's in the NFL at DT
I love that we are talking about him.he's very important to this D specifically
softball questions YAWN.I have one."you don't appear bigger or particularly swole?
WTF are you doing? playing DE this year?"
he's obviously not a gym rat..

law and order crazy shit GIF

Mason Graham was drafted 5th overall to be a playmaking 3 technique DT. But he was mid if that, and he only had a .05 sack in 17 games. But somehow he escaped with ZERO criticism or hate. Hmmm

If its #2 on OFF its #94 on DEF. we MUST have probowl level play
he was hurt? well,he hasn't improved his physique any.compare that frame with his peers.
small elite DT's similar to small sumo MUST have incredible core power & strength
many like graham aren't born physical monsters like J randle.they become that in the gym
or they're lazy & become nothing.TBA I was honestly hoping to see a bigger buffer MG like body
after an entire offseason? unless he starts at DE? I'm very concerned

To throw more dirt on Haymaker's grave... because he wsa absolutely murdered in this thread... Graham played the last 6 games of the season with a broken rib. This actually makes Mason Graham’s rookie progression even more impressive.

For a DT, that’s brutal. Every snap involves core torque, leverage, hand fighting, absorbing doubles, and constant chest-to-chest collisions with 300+ pound linemen. Rib injuries affect breathing, explosiveness, power transfer, and even willingness to fully engage contact. Yet despite that, Graham still improved significantly down the stretch... grading as a top-15 interior defender from Week 7 onward while continuing to generate pressure from the interior.

That’s not a “bust” profile. That’s a tough rookie battling through one of the hardest position transitions in football while still showing legitimate growth and disruptive traits.

He’s 22 years old
Played all 17 games despite breaking his rib in week 10.
He at minimum held his own this year (a top 10 run stopper, not in his class, in the NFL)
It’s way too early to declare him a topped-out failed pick.

nobody except browns fans are talking about graham.nobody.
If you speak truth his REDRAFT would be at worst top 10.right?
show me one. the kid looks under 300.If hes playing DT? Im very concerned
remember the pre-draft expectations?

I've never seen somebody who has been absolutely pummeled, mauled, and murdered as badly as you continue to welcome death with such open arms. The takes are just so bad and show a complete lack of understanding of evaluation and player trajectory.
