For example, look at the play below. THREE tight ends to the right of the formation, AND STILL, Bitonio pulls from the back side.

Totally agreed.. It makes PA passing more effective IMHO too.... It makes the QB and the run game better... But also.. The QB having a quick release and good pre-snap judgement helps also... Getting rid of the ball helps and makes the oline better not having to sustain blocks forever.. Kevvy has to quit the cute shit when games are on the line.. You can experiment with that stuff when you're ahead by 3-4 td's and only have 2 minutes on the clock.. Or.. You are put in a situation where you have nothing to lose.. They also by the same token have to quit playing "Not to Lose"... That happens when you take your foot off the gas and start getting conservative ... And you wind up losing the game...... A trait that killed Marty..
 
Three TE's on the right side of the formation gives a whole new meaning to the term Trips right. Run that ball and from there you can bootleg the QB the other direction looking for a WR middle deep.
Branching out even more just run the QB the other way too.
