To me Haley and Williams seem like the types of guys that if they were on the same page, watch out.
I am hopeful to see a more disciplined offense.
Whoever called Hue a figurehead, I think that was perfect but on a well built team a head coach really should be just that. They're the guy who eats shit, the subordinates ensure the ship runs smoothly. This is why I'm not a fan of head coaches who are their own offensive coordinator. Head Coach has a lot of responsibility and running an offense has a wholly separate set of responsibilities. Compound them and, especially first time HC's they struggle and how many times have we seen that here?
It's why I don't think it's so crazy that if Williams and Haley are still around, if we do well then Hue will remain also.
