this is the one piece we needed to fix to make this team a winner.
Ive been sayin it for years and years.one man can transform this football team into a winner.
a proven, experienced, dedicated DC? and this team can win it all.
no matter the QB.Its not as important as getting this right.mark my words.this D will spring to life
like the phoenix from the ashes of despair.he's really a front 7 specialist being an ex-LB coach and
has an obvious emphasis on his 4-3 bringing pressure which he has consistently done.
a front 7 man now? OMG I am so pumped.he gets to come in and attack FA and the draft with
plenty of time to plan.he was a scout for 3 years and OLB coach for the 96-98 ravens.wow.
any news on bringing #99 with you jimbo?interesting hes coming from
a wild,uber aggressive 3-4 system in TENN.h'ell be a solid 4-3 guy Im sure.
so its a 180 in D philosophy.GOOD! we live in the jungle baby, with tigers and ravens n sh^t.
we need to play great D to win here.its as simple as that.
THIS IS THE SINGLE BEST MOST IMPORTANT MOVE THE BROWNS HAVE MADE SINCE HIRING KS.
write that down
mark my words.this D will spring to life
like the phoenix from the ashes of despair
Agree it is way too early to panic. It's always been O behind D. More so now with how pre season is managedI think we can start panicking after game 5. Heard a story today about how Belichick divides his seasons into quarters. The first quarter he doesn't judge too harshly. After game 4 he reevaluates and adjusts. By game 8 you know exactly who your team is. This offense simply has to improve, even without Chubb.
Its time to turn it over to the run game and relegate DW4 as a game manager.. He can't be trusted with the Football anymore...Zero snaps allowed in the RedZone last week.
The offense has given up more TD's than the defense
The defense is totally healthy, other than GNII's elbow aggravation
One blown coverage TD. That's it.
QB's completing 47% of their passes vs us, tops in the NFL.
Allowing 3.2 yards per rush, that's damn good
Opponents are 6 of 29 on third down
Yielding 8 points per game thus far, that ought to win ya a few.
We may have already discovered 2023's identity. The defense will be there, and the offense has to be average, and not turn the ball over 4 times a game, with one of them being a scoop-&-score, and another one being a pick-6. BTW on the Steelers, Bitonio said it best. The pick-6 to start the game, and then Chubb's injury, and the offense panicked. Or at least was thrown way off.
Come on Watson, get it in fuckin gear you fuck. And the Kareem story has potential. He looks quick and light.
