Just now saw the video. It was vintage Johnny Football, but that won't get him back to the NFL. What might do it is a willingness to learn and work within an NFL system. The problem is the circus that follows him.
What team could sign him and hold him back for a year while he learned the system and became adept within it? I think he is headed for the CFL. In a way, he is kind of like Colin Kaepernick. He doesn't work as a reserve, but he needs to prove himself as reserve before he can be a starter again. It is kind of a catch-22. However, he does have the option of going north which may be the only avenue left for him.

Just for the record, there were three parts to the first statement. The first part was gleaned from listening to Pettine talk about Hoyer in such glowing terms when he first arrived in Cleveland. The second part assumes that even Pettine would have figured that Hoyer was not Brady as the season went along, and the third part was an effort to understand his shabby treatment of Hoyer the second half of the season.
The second statement was sarcasm. (I would have thought that that would have been clear in context with prior exchanges earlier in this thread. But apparently context is not important to some people as noted by the fact that the quote itself was removed from its context.)

My rehab program was pretty good. Either way, yes you have to be accountable/responsible for your own actions in life whether or not you went to rehab and whether it was a good program or not.

I have never had that particular problem, but my guess is that the first step in solving a problem is understanding that one had a problem and the nature of the problem. Am I close?

Rehab is just whiskey prison. You're locked away from putting into your body whatever caused you to be locked up in whiskey prison for.
Sobriety is up to you, after you are released back into the real world. Rehab is not a prerequisite to sobriety, but some find the interruption helped get them started on the right path.

Talked to a scout who had the unfortunate task of scouting the Spring League, general impression by those who were around in 2014 was JFF presents much differently than before... off the field.
I watched some Spring League football and the quality is very poor. On the field JFF was still a runaround and chuck it up QB. But those games are a mess. Needs to go to Canada, work with June Jones for a couple of years, learn an offense.

When he beat Alabama that was a WTF moment for me. I watched every one of his games after that. and I don't watch much college, haven't watched any team that much since. that was some magic shit he was pulling off.

Yeah, Johnny Football is the most exciting college football player ever. I'm a longhorn fan and hardly ever watch the Aggies, but I watched every game when he was there, magical. Too bad he screwed it all up. I actually joined this message board to see what other Browns fans thought about him.

Tebow got screwed over. the one season he got a chance he went 7-4 on a team that went 1-4 without him and a playoff win.
yes they picked up a HOF QB to replace him, that didn't win a playoff game the next season.
We won 20 games the next 6 years. I believe we would've won 50 or more with Tim. and much more Fun !
