Browns - Monken's staff | Barking Hard

Browns Monken's staff

Sounds like a young up & comer that could be groomed for a future position if necessary. I like the fact that he was a FB. I'm sure he views the run game as the physical part of the offense and is likely the foundation to build from. As it should be. Maybe this group will tell AB to re-sign Teller?

Yeah Kevin kind of shit on him.. I hope Teller comes back

Although not all official, 4 Browns coaches have been hired this week, and they're on the same side of the ball

Monken (Offensive Head Coach)
Switzer (Offensive Coordinator)
Warhop (Offensive Line Coach)
Breyer (Pass Game Coordinator)

Meanwhile, Harbaugh is still bringing in interviewees. Let's go get some fuckin' points.
And, I'm not sure Schwartz would be able to attract this level of experience and track record.

Yeah, Schwartz only has ties with the best Coaches in the NFL. No way he could bring in this tier of Harbaugh coffee fetchers.
Coaches would definitely be beating the door down to come coach for a 59 year old who went 29-51... was under .500 in 4 of his 5 years a as head coach - with Matthew Stafford, Megatron and Suh. :ROFLMAO::LOL::ROFLMAO::LOL:

There were 10 head coach openings and Baltimore gave him a courtesy interview and that's it. If he was a serious HC candidate he would have gotten hired this cycle. He's a great DC. That's it.

The reality is we were stuck in the stone ages on offense under Stefanski... and it wouldn't have changed with Schwartz. He had to give the organization his plans on offense. They were clearly not impressive. Monken is as impressive of an offensive mind as there is all of football. We made the right choice.

The Raiduhz and Cardinals didn't even interview him so thats gotta tell ya something...

Super Bowl
New Engliand - #2 scoring offense in the NFL
Seattle - #3 scoring offense in the NFL

That doesn't mean that defense doesn't matter... it does. But the NFL is an offensive league and you win by scoring points. Monken isn't just an innovative offensive mind... he is a no-nonsense disciplinarian. The days of watching the Browns commit stupid penalty after stupid penalty because our coach is a pushover are over.

Offense offense offense.
Kolste & Stern, again, most recently with the Ravens.
  • Monken (Offensive Head Coach)
  • Switzer (Offensive Coordinator)
  • Warhop (Offensive Line Coach)
  • Breyer (Pass Game Coordinator)
  • Ian Kolste (Offensive Analyst)
  • Daniel Stern (interview associate HC)

Lastly, more rumblings Schwartz may not be gone for sure, fwiw.
They might be making headway.

A new offensive coaching staff while leaving the defensive staff largely intact would be big.

And like clockwork you still have zero fucking clue what you're talking about. You dickride a glorified RB LARPing as a QB, naturally you're glazing a guy who sucked balls as a HC as well as OC when he wasn't fetching Harbaughs coffee.

And another retard added to the ignore list.
