Browns Pick #144, Sheduer Sanders, QB, Colorado

While the Big 12 isn't the Big 10 or the SEC, it's not devoid of talented teams. K-State was pretty darn good. And AZ State. He didn't play against Div II talent the last two years.
Btw, KS just said in a recent interview, I forget which one atm, that playing against the Ohio State Buckeyes is a good test of a QB because their defense is similar to defenses in the NFL. I think the discussion surrounded Dillon Gabriel's success when he beat OSU, but I'm not sure.

The point is that playing against the top 5,6, or seven teams is a better evaluation of a player as opposed to teams that don't make it into the playoffs. Playoff perennial teams like Alabama, OSU, LSU Georgia, Texas, Oregon and the like.

Okay... While schematically there are similarities... But the Talent pool in the NFL is vastly superior to the college ranks... I'm not buying Kevvy's analogy here... He's reaching and maybe projecting a bit...

That was directly from Peon Deion's mouth when he thought Shadeur was going in the top two and going to be his meal ticket back into the NFL.
But there is no one on the net saying this

Shadeur would have say so with the playbook and tell the HC what plays were going to be ran.
Some one else besides you .............you would think would Quote such a cartoonish remark.

From 𝕏 ...

Stats for all QBs today (no idea if these are accurate)
  • Flacco: 10/12 115 yards 1 TD 1 INT
  • Pickett: 11/14 102 yards 1 TD 1 INT
  • Gabriel: 8/12 73 yards 0 TDs 1 INT
  • Sanders: 10/10 140 yards 2 TDs 1 INT
(I know, I know. OTA stats are bs. But, it's what we have today, and part of the hilarity of it all)

Good 11v11 shot of a Sanders pass.

His ball placement keeps getting praised, even by the negative-Sanders types (who seem to be mostly okay with him now, since he wasn’t drafted 2nd overall)

Please. . . it's that time of year. They have to write about something. And people are reading Shedeur stories. Click, click, click.
Money!

Doesn't look like all the hype is going to his head. We can hope he's the one until he shows us he's not.
