I rewatched the Cinci game, and I was impressed with Teller. I shit on him, HARD, for his performance against Pittsburgh. And I stand by that because he wasn't good. But one thing I love seeing in young players is them bouncing back from shit performances with strong performances. You're going to play poorly in the NFL, especially in the early stages, and an ability to not let that snowball is highly important.
Kudos to him. Perhaps there is hope for him yet. I'm looking forward to seeing how he and Lamm play against Arizona. I get the feeling that Lamm will get the nod to take over at RT, and perhaps they can stabilize some of the protection issues we've had.
That would be huge for us because I feel like Baker has often played like a quarterback who doesn't trust his protection - and rightfully so.
