I saw another guys opinion (might have been Adam S from ESPN, but I can't remember right now) and he said that Carolina might be interested in Quinn...supposedly for a fourth round pick. The only reason that sickens me is what WE spent on him. (And yeah, maybe I'm naive or something, but I still think the kid has more than we give him credit for)

Just curious....the trade of lito shepperd has hit its escalators already which makes the Jets give the Eagles their third round pick......as of now the Jets do not have a third round pick because phily gets it....so do the Browns then get the jets second round pick even if BE doesn't hit his escalators?

Where did you read that Sheppard hit his escalators? He's only played in three games this year, so I doubt he's done it already.

Not sure what would happen if both conditional picks end up as a 3rd; one would have to turn into a 2nd, but I'm not sure which team takes priority.

I would have to assume it went to the Eagles. They made the 1st deal, shame on us for not being more thorough.

Unless the NFL has some sort of safety net or even penalty where it would be on the Jets for not disclosing their full info.
