I've seen 8-9 players on this list play.

Don't look at Peterson's stats... you'll be scratching your head as to how he could be a 1st round pick. But kid has good talent and our organization is great at sharpening the skills of guys like this and getting the most out of them.

I saw a very short clip of his curveball and it had outstanding bite/ downward motion and it froze the batter. His fast ball is + he just needs to consistently hit the strike zone.

If drafting these guys is affected by how easily we can sign them we're screwed because the Dolan's are the way they are.
CHEAP.
So, we'll pass on a more talented player if we have a better chance to sign a lesser talent who is cheaper.
