Browns Vrabel to join Stefanski's staff

Schwartz and Vrabel on the staff, along with KS’s upcoming extension, shows how comfortable the organization is right now.

As Grossi recently said, one thing Stafanski doesn’t lack is confidence. He has a ton of it. It’s probably why players want to come here, and come back here. Feels solid & confident here.

Hurst, S. Harris, ZDS, McLeod, Corey B, on and on.

Patrick Peterson even open lobbying.

CLE’s only two time, and recent, COTY is quite settled in.

If you don’t like KS right now, you prob never will. Tomlin and BB are discounted sans Big Ben and TB12 all the time by some. It’s just the way it goes.

Having said that, as Gabe has said, these debates are good for our board. If we all agreed all the time, it can result in a snooze fest.

This makes perfect sense with so many new coaches in place this year. KS can't mentor all of them equally so having a solid coach like Vrabel around to help keep the rooks calm and focused is a solid idea. Vrabel coached his teams up every year to punch above their weight. I love this move.

AB had better concentrate on drafting good players/starters in the 1st round. Paying good players on rookie deals is how we payoff the Watson contract after this draft. Along with the other big money contracts. We need more top notch productive rookies and their contracts to help manage the cap.

What does Stefanski even do anymore. Figure-head. Whether he is here or isn't, really doesn't matter at this point, it would barely be a ripple in the scheme of things.

To actually have a real HC like Vrabel or Schwartz again, we would have to get rid of the baseball guys system we currently have in place.

But maybe his system will work. Superbowl or bust.
