Ours because we're addicted to technology in a materialistic era defined by corporate behemoths doing any and everything possible to keep us glued to the screens. These technological giants have no concern for our overall health or the moral abhorrence of their practice, and ultimately cannot change anyway because the algorithm has grown beyond the scope of any one person's influence.
With that said, being sent high definition titty pictures is wonderful.

It depends on who they sign and who they draft. If we sign Mike Williams for 20 mil and draft Treylon Burks or Garrett Wilson then sure. Jarvis would be gone with his 15 mil salary as well as the 18 mil we were paying OBJ.

Agreed. I'm okay with losing Landry depending on the suitability of the replacement options.
Jarvis and Odell were expensive. Extremely expensive. If we are moving in a new direction, we'll have plenty of options to replace them. Especially if we're committed to selecting a rookie. We could, in theory, sign a high-value free agent and draft a rookie early, and we'd still have greater cap room than we did with the LSU bros.
As for the money needed to sign Njoku, we only need one year of it. It's not reasonable to cut Hooper this year, but it is the next. Njoku could basically take over that contract in 2023 if we're willing to pay them both this coming season.

The odds of the Browns attracting a top tier FA WR are almost none after the OBJ fiasco. We have shown that 1) we can't get a top tier WR involved in the offense 2)our QB is incapable of seeing the field. Unfortunately, as of today, the Browns are the opposite of an attractive situation for a Top WR. The draft is where we will have to fill the position.
That having been said, $16M is way, way too much for Landry IMO. If he was willing to restructure, I would love to keep him. But I just don't see that happening.
