Also found this from...some guy:

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">I think Grant Delpit sucks. I understand the allure with his hard hitting ability but he sucks as a tackler. He blamed his technique in 2019 on injuries. Ok sure, i go and watch 2018 film and find out not only does he still suck at tackling, but Mr.Delpit is now a liar.</p>— Tussin McShay (@TussMcShay) <a href="https://twitter.com/TussMcShay/status/1296108781261201420?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">August 19, 2020</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

A little late to be trying to "Prove it" half way into your career isn't it?

I'm not close to that situation. It could be cap issues or a cheaper FNG that they like better, I don't know.

But when a first round talent like him doesn't get his option picked up something ain't right.

This is good.

Quick 𝕏 look back … Berry traded pick 41 to the Colts for 44 and 160

Colts drafted Jonathon Taylor, who also has been awarded a 3-yr extension, but has fallen off in the last 2 years after a great first 2 years. His contract is currently more than Chubb’s.

Browns drafted Delpit and Harris

Since we already had Chubb, that trade is probably a win-win for the Browns and Colts.

Congratulations to Delpit. He has played well and we need him back. McLeod is hurt and Thornhill is too but playing through it. This eliminated the need for another safety in the draft as it looks like Hickman is on the active roster now as the 3rd Safety. A solid rotational guy with potential to improve.

We can cancel any thoughts of having to cover the Safety position in 2024.

Now about that WR spot...

the age doesn't fit this new browns "push" for youth.28 when the season starts?
a 3 year contract into his 30's.I dont see it.not when we've had such great success drafting
secondary players & have a stacked '27 draft upcoming.
