shwartz has a conservative 4-3 and is a D-line specialist so compliments our OFF.
not a mad blitzer but his lines do get the job done and make pro bowls
our line is a major concern right now and MG s clearly unhappy with it.
solid hire.I'd be happy with it.hes experienced and qualified.check check.
great start.long overdue.imagine we might see some high pics for the D-line ad not the 2ndry!

We are cycling through candidates a fast pace; which makes it seem like there is a lack of interest in the job. I wonder how much Stefanski's lack of job security (whether real or perceived) moving forward is playing into the lack of interest. Either way, it's a back look for the Browns so far in this search.

Might be a little early to read anything in to it. It's been a week, there are people they want to interview who they can't yet because they are in the playoffs, and there are teams that still need a HC (Flores getting a HC interview in ARZ).
 
If there is a lack of interest in this job and there are good reasons to believe it, we'll end up with a DC that has little experience, but we'll hear all about his credentials...as a LB coach, he worked under a great HC, he was on fire in college and whatever other BS it takes to convince everyone there hire is the best. I'm tired of it.

they must have been talking about his defence not him.his D's did blitz heavy.most in the NFL.
well its jim schwartz or bust IMO. no one else seems close.
