Browns - Jimmy Haslam | Page 4 | Barking Hard

Browns Jimmy Haslam

Haslams already released his vision for it all. Basically, doing the age old trick of building into the water to create the footprint needed.

First stumbling block is the landbridge didn't make it to the recently passed Ohio budget. Maybe next year it will. Around 60million I think.
I know the city of Cleveland's big stipulation is that the public can still access the water front, which this plan accomplishes.

Yeah, and it's that rendering is why I'd like the stadium to stay on the lake. Good for the city and good for downtown, in the long run. Although, I'm up for anything that keeps the stadium IN Cleveland, and not some rando suburb.

As far as the financing, there are plenty of templates in other NFL cities as a starting point. Nashville being the most recent.

Good to see pit in the lower half of spending, but at some point the Haslam's will cease spending if results are no home playoff wins. I know that's specific, but home playoff games make a F ton of money and exposure. Home playoff wins are ticket price increases. No questions asked.

Go to Brook Park and there are no problems of that magnitude. All that is left are some office buildings and warehouse space, I'm pretty sure. And multiple highway access right to the front door.

Between the current stadium and Burke Airport is the science museum and the Rock Hall of Fame to complicate things before Jimmy can get to build on the airport.

Fuck Rook Park... That isn't helping the city of Cleveland in any way, Shape or form..
