Browns Jimmy Haslam

It helps the region, not just any single city but more importantly it helps the team to be in Brook Park. This is why the state and county kicks in money and not just the city of Cleveland. It's why there is a sin tax. If it were only the city of Cleveland on the spot for all monies, then hell yeah. They can finance it all themselves.

I don’t live in Cleveland but I hear the airport issue quite a bit. What’s the story with it?
Look at it's location

Very Very Very few people get any use of it. and it just kills development there. no high-rise buildings etc.
with it gone BIG changes for Miles. I could see the Freeway move a mile or two south for more expansion of that Totally underused property. Big ass 400 + room Casino. ultra Modern marina & lakefront community. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Unless the government is operating out of there, it's purchasable. The price? Surely exorbitant. There is probably an offer on the table, and if Jimmy is smart, he has people who know investors waiting. Fuck taking the Browns off the lake, I don't care what any of you say. They are the CLEVELAND Browns. They belong downtown. I don't want to come to ALMOST Cleveland to watch my team play.

The fact is that property the stadium sets on is too valuable for them. move them over into the flats area, them mills ain't coming back. or somewhere within a few miles.

After last night Jimmy if he's like me cleans house. if not now by the end of the year, so he can hire the best available FO personal.
This staff has no idea what they are doing here. 6 years is long enough to build a team. Have they made the worst trade in NFL history ?
Have they trade away a potential league MVP ? Have they drafted a midget QB ? Traded away their best QB ...in division ?
The coach has coached up who ? ..no more excuses.

We've got to be realistic (which we never are) and patient (which we never are).
Good start to the rebuild this draft, especially if one of the QBs stands out.
And we're set up for next years' draft: QB, OL, WR - heavy offense draft.
Next year is the last we're hobbled by Watson. So it's hopefully a growing year, not a dismal one like this one (so far).
If we get a good QB prospect, perhaps we can get a decent OC.
I'd kind of like to see Schwartz stay DC, but he's earned a shot if they dump Kev.

I'll still contend he's a good owner.
Paying billions for the new stadium.
Saved the Crew.
Gives heavily to local high schools.
Has spent more on player's than any other team in the last 6 years.

He just hasn't had the fortune of stumbling upon a QB1, like that buffoon Kraft did in NE with Brady.
